schindler 3100 3300 5500

hey guys
we about to bid in auction of 150 elevators for maintenance, and 10 of then are schindler elevators
we never maintenance those elevators before
we did maintenance OTIS,KONE,TYSSEN,MITSUBISHI, but not schindler.
what do we need to maintenance those elevators?
do i need the schindler software to maintenance those MRL elevators?
is there a service tool that can be used?

any information will help.

Software and tools are only availyble for schindler-technicians. And in most cases for troubleshooters and field-engineers.
