National Wheel-O-Vator Fault Issue

I have a Destiny National Wheel-O-Vator, Model DH 20 hydro residential elevator. It faults out every time it comes off the door zone sensor, no matter which direction or floor. Also, the red LED on the top of the CPU does not illuminate. All OPTIS appear to be working correctly. Any help would be greatly appreciated! If anyone has a print to share for this unit, that would be greatly appreciated as well. Have a great and safe day.

Is your DZ signal good back to the controller? Changing state?

Them PMI modules (relays) do go bad. I've also seen the hall effect sensors in the selector go bad.

Thank you for the reply Yes We do see the signal come back to the controller as the green LED DZ sensor on the selector illuminates/drops out as well as the DZ OPTI on the controller. DZ OPTI and GL OPTI drop out as soon as it comes off the hoistway magnet which is when car e-stops. Data tag puts this as a 1999 vintage.
