Car fault 1062 encoder interrupt failure. Car passed a slowdown point without receiving confirmation from the encoder. Just replaced the back circuit board and relearned hoistway with same problem after any ideas what's next.

This is basically NTS. It saw the terminal slowdown magnets before the slowdown set by P17. Definitely check slowdown magnets, make sure there are no gaps. We cut P17 and P18 in half to test NTS for an annual, sometimes it gets saved and reverts after a power cycle. But you would notice a quick slowdown or overshoot at intermediate floors. The 1062 shouldn't be shutting the car down though, jobs with really short floors throw 1062s every run.
