Have a Smartrise controller with front & rear MOVFR door operator. When the operator is showing DCL limit, it is outputting 24vdc on the NC DOL output back to the controller. When the operator is showing DOL limit, it is outputting 24vdc on the NC DCL output back to the controller. Both front and rear operators are doing this. What am I missing? GAL tech support was no help. Thanks

That looks correct to me.
In door operators usually the
DCL switch is Normally Close and
DOL switch is Normally Open.
This means when the door is fully closed and DCL is active, obviously DOL is not active and would be open (because it is NO contact), so it’s NC would be close and you see 24v on NC DOL.
When the door is fully open and DOL is active, obviously DCL is not active and because it is an NC contact it outputs 24V.

If it doesn’t match with your controller, I think you should reach out to Smartrise support. Good luck with that

Not sure if the Smartrise inputs are active high or active low but if they’re active low and common to your limits it ground, that is exactly what you would read referencing ground.
