Have a DMC front and rear doors, the rear door is for the one short floor. One day just decided to stop working. Would not communicate with the tool. Replaced the CLC board and reused original chips.

Able to run from the front door floors fine, when it attempts to make the short floor run in the down direction it faults out one inch below the floor with 20 03.

If we lower the car on inspect to the bottom short floor and place the call to the short floor up, it runs passes the short floor in normal speed arrives at the top floor and then comes back down to the desired floor.

We changed chips out thinking it might be there. No avail. We put the original CLC board back on and it now communicates, but we still have the same issue.

Were the parameters recorded or did you have to go through the book and set them 1 by 1? Just wondering if you’re sure on the Valid opening parameters. You should have (SP)ecial software for close landings that will give you CLC adjustment 49. You set it to the bottom of the short floor pair so if you have a close floor between 1 and 2 you set CLC Adj-49 to 1. Also says this should be set before the hoistway scan.

We did go through them one by one. We are confident that we set 49 to 1, as we thought that was the problem at first.

Did you set 49 to 1 before the hoistway scan?

Yes we have verified that,and we still get fault 020-003. We tried just to see what happens if we change 49 to 2 and then do a shaft learn, it runs slow between floor two and three.
