See if they will give you a sample and put it in the lobby. If there is a problem, you will know it pretty fast, and it is easy to undo....

One more thought, if you have a serial communication group, it had either 1 or 2 dispatch cars. These controlled the dispatch duties. if you took these cars out of service you may need to put their CPU board in one of the remaining cars to regain control of dispatching....

I think I found the issue, to do with the leveling magnets not being setup correctly. The lift would occasionally return to the bottom floor and open/shut doors without being given the command....

I agree with jumping out voltage monitor especially if it is one of the orange ones. Possibly this is emergency stop from CPU shutting off very briefly. TKE had a bulletin to tap on the side of it with screwdriver handle to check for flaky internal connections/contacts. These ...

GWH It’s most likely an ESI controller. If it is the ESI LULA controller? The are door lock bypass switches and there are contacts like Z and VC that bypass the door circuit....
