We are adding a card reader to a 330A. I was told that on the CPB board the JCKL1 pins if you jump 1 to 2 the lowest car call is locked out. 1 to 3 will lock out the next floor up. And so on and so on. When we jump the pins we do not lock out the floor. Should we be enabling security some how? Thanks Dan

I ran into a similar problem with a key switch for a car call. Schindler had to come in and enable the software to allow that floor to be locked out.

Q10559- Thanks for the reply-We managed to swap boards with other cars that we could lock out but that car was from a duplex job so we proved it was all in the software and are now waiting for a response from our local Schindler office.
