Check the back of the track for built up 'gunk'. If the door opens fully, then rolls back slightly, this will cause this error to generate.

Does the door open and won't shut?
Or won't open?
Or like copper dog asked is it rolling back?

door is always closed on arrival and there isn't any money bumps on the open or closed side of the door track
