Anybody know the procedure to change the phone set up on the Kone integrated phones?
The way these are set up now, somebody on the receiving end of the phone has to press 1 to be able to speak to the person in the elevator.
We need this feature disabled.

Just been through same situation. There is no way to remove feature. Customer threatened to remove Kone from approved vendor's list unless they removed the feature which they agreed to do.
Two possibilities depending upon you phone card version. Possibly, Kone can download a new version of software. Otherwise, the phone card has to be replaced.

the phone needs to be decommissioned. u have to call kone and have them decomission it. u also need the paperwork to reprogram the phone after they decomission it.
