Schindler 300A Hydraulic - 12/16/14 02:23 AM

Have a two stop 300A that keeps throwing a 202 Door Operator fault. Can run the car to floors but will not open doors. Replaced door limits with no change. Have not seen it happen in person. This is second hand info I get from customer. Any clues?

300A's don't have a 202 fault. You mean a 330A? Are they proximitys? Adjusted correctly? Replace the CIO next.

Depending on the CRIPHNA version and build I've had several boards that needed to be repaired because of the R176 resistor burning up. Most common sign was 202 error and a lot of random door codes like 75safetyRTS. I'd visually inspect the resistor, it's on the bottom left of the board close to the door power toggle and fuses. If it looks burned it's probably failing and will soon completely stop working.

I like bayblues statement, I have seen the gate lock get stuck in the closed position and have also had a relay contact on the CRIPHNA go bad and intermittently cause this fault. Had to change CRIPHNA board. The gate lock issue was a mechanical bind..
