None of the output board LEDs will light, NONE! Car won't run up,on inspection, no relay action on relay board except IR, have good voltage 120vac, 24vds, power supply is good, power board seems to be good, back plan board 14vdc,all normal grounds are good it just seems like it's not got a good ground somewhere. Any ideas? Thanks!!

you will have to have some duplicate boards to swap out with this sort of problem. the usual suspects are power board, back plane,(you can try replacing the decoder chips on the back plane),smart boards, input and output boards. you can try unplugging the i o's and see if one of them is the cause. It is a tough problem to find unless you have spare boards.

Had this problem before, turned out to be the power supply board, the board appeared to be fine, it was a while ago but I think there is a 5 vdc circuit for the CPU and that was not working properly.

Usually the power supply board.

Thank you gentleman, it Turned out the back plane board that supplies the output board card was bad, and there was a short in the car that cause the thing. The back plane board did not look like it had bad traces, I guess one of the chips or voltage regulator must have died. Not fun, I had replacement boards for everything. One thing I should mention is the input boards from KONE are adjustable unlike the originals, you must identify what each input voltage is and then use a three pin connector and a jumper to choose your input voltage. The options fr choice are pin 1-2 order 50 volts, pins 2-3 for over 50 volts. Make a mistake and you will damage the resistor on tenboard that corresponds to the circuit you are adjusting....probably old knowledge......Thanks for your responses...
