ERM 2002H

I have a four stop elevator in an apartment building. A circuit within the ERM controller has gone bad such that whenever someone from the 2nd floor calls the elevator, the elevator cannot subsequently clear the call. The cab returns to the 2nd fl level and the doors just open and shut. Power has to be turned off to reset the system, but the next caller from the 2nd floor causes the problem to return.

I am told that ERM no longer supports this product. As a temporary solution, we have deleted this particular function, eliminating the priority, but the system now thinks it is a six stop elevator: the fourth floor is now shown as the 6th, the 2nd as the fourth. How can we address this?

horrible controller, should never have been installed. some buildings bit the bullet and modded after only a year or 2. there is no support for the unit. time to mod or continue to walk the stairs.,
