We recently took over two Schindler 400A Elevators (not by choice!!) We are currently having an error 11 - FC_Block. Shut down error states the motor control goes to the blocked state...any suggestions as to where to look??? Or how to fix this error???

Replace Drive. 400A's notorious drive killers. Also check motor encoder.

There is a relay inside the drive that goes bad, if you replace it take it apart and look, on size drive uses an ice cube relay and the other uses a contactor.
