Have you tried Quality Elevator? They can help you if you send them the picture. Texacone will also give you a hand.

Did Tony at Texacone look at your picture and recommend that packing?
Any chance the new packing was damaged before, during or after it was installed?
Reminds me of the ESCO P3!

What kind of condition is the piston in? If its odd shaped Texacone can make custom slightly smaller seals. There is a guy at Texacone named Dale that is the packing guru, give him a call he is very knowledgeable.

You might want to research the install date of this Jack. Anything installed before 1972 either needs to be pulled and replaced, or have a Life Jacket installed. They do not have the double bottom Bulkhead before 1972.
Can we please try to avoid selling Life Jackets?
I HATE them!
