we have put in around 50 of the traction cars, we have had some cars running for a couple years now with no trouble calls, which is quite impressive. need to spend extra time and make sure the brake switches are installed and wired correctly. wiring needs to be in its own conduit and away from hi voltage, or as we have been doing also use shielded wire to brake switch. the first few jobs would get intermittent brake pick problems, but that has not been a problem lately. the mod guys seem to love them, and after a few installs they are able to quickly install with minimal problems. we are in the midst of installing 11 of them with the new torin machines, the first one took a little extra time, mostly with tech support, but they run really nice. I would recommend them, the tech support is fairly good. they are quite responsive with getting you parts and software should the need arise, usually next day. well thats my 2 cents

Have installed several hydros and traction units. Very impressive! Extremely reliable and very few trouble calls. Very easy to learn hoistway 1 person can do it in less than an hour.
