tac-50-04 drive fault

friend says he is getting a F8 on the mcvint5 card. i know i found the error codes before, but can't seem to find them in my stuff. does anyone know what F8 is?
says its an accord drive

MC1_AUX-MCDDRV feedback from MC1 not matching with MCPDRV command.
Error Type: Open_Flt_Clr_prop_Op
Defective aux contact on the motor contactor.
Defective motor contactor.
