Kone resolve 20 1301 fault - 06/28/16 07:48 PM

Hey,
Just looking for some info on the COP card LCEOB24. I am getting a 1301 fault and tried a 5.7.2. Followed by 5.7.1. It seems to see the board however keeps shutting down on fault 1301. The only other faults I'm getting is the occasional 101 and 169. Checked the wiring and replaced the cartop battery. Also tried swapping with another board (fairly certain it was good..)

Anything else you guys recommend trying before I order a new COP board?

Is the LON connected properly? XS1 is in and XS2 is out. Can you see the terminating resistor with a meter?

COB boards are known for blowing on power off and on. The newest version is supposed to fix the Power off and on problem. Seen the new ones blow also. That is a board to keep in stock for sure if you want to keep cars in service.

Do not do a force download 5-7-2 you will cause more problems. You need to check if you have the right G01 or G11 number on the COB24 board that your replacing. Then you need to do a LON download 5-7-1. Also is the lift staying on fire service? what are the car buttons doing? how many COPs do you have? If you have 2 COPs it could be either COB24 board or even a CEB extension board.

1301 & 0169. Same issues. Replaced MUL and CCB same issue. What's next?

The 0169 is saying the battery is low. Go to 5-14 set it to 22 and cycle power, if you change the ccbn you'll need to do a download, 5-7-1
