Any suggestions on where to get a troubleshooting laptop for DMC, TAC 20, TIV, Schindlers. I am looking for one if anyone has any suggestions let me know.

World electronics is the easiest one to find. Not cheap...

they don't have tac20 on their pc, I can get you in touch with someone who has them, pm your contact info.
