Schindler CADI GC software update

Trying to preform 5 year full load tests without a SIM card. And need to update from a 2 line ASILOG to a 4 line. Installed new board with v2.20 software updated GCI360 board and installed new cable from the drive to the ASILOG board. screen reads Unsupported system type, system blocked and ASIB-I2C ok Sys Type OK Sys SW Mismatch Im guessing its saying Software mismatch but Adams Tec support tells me I have all the right parts to make this work..... Please Help.......

We have the same problems this side of the pond with Schindler software updates so we tend not to do them! i think you may need the closed protocol Iphone App to see the closed parameters as i dont think CADI will help with this one

I hear you. But we cant do our full load testing the way it is. Even though its against code to leave an elevator that you cant do mandated yearly testing .
