Tac 20 hoistway scan not completing in ims

Working on a tac 20 and it is not completing hoistway scan in Ims, any suggestions as to why that may be? But unit is still running. Thanks

How far does it get? When the scan window is open, it should say Pass, Pass, then Fail at some point. What point? UNL is the last thing it needs to see.

If you're trying to do a scan, there must be a reason. Or, are you just trying to learn a bit more about this control?

On the scan, at what point does it fail? The scan window should tell you.
If your having an intermittent fault, run the recorder also in IMS while running the car, and just maybe you'll catch it while you're there. Check the slowdown magnets for any gaps and correct.
Also, post the faults if you're lacking documentation.
DZ and DZE (and magnets gaps) are common selector faults that can be annoying and intermittent.

Get three of them to pass just says incomplete, will post any faults. thanks
