There are only 2 plugs in the Pulse box. One is 30vdc and the other is a relay function, shot out the relay and the lift will run as normal.

It does not need to be plugged into the Pulse Monitor.
But Pulse Monitor or the belts has to be replaced, depending of the error code the Pulse monitor gives you.

Thanks Alex. My number 2 belt led is flashing constantly... service tool tells me error code 6. Also jumping the 2 wires on the relay plug is not returning the car to normal operation. But the holes in the plug are so small I'm not positive I have a good jump.
Resetting the pulse works but only last a day b4 shutting down again
Does any one have belt replacing procedures and tips or advice for 1st timers

Try re terminating the both ends of the belts and make sure there are no wires crossing over in the belt. That sometimes clears this issue. Black or Blue Pulse box?

Black Box almost never fails. Always the connection on the box or the end termination on the belt that fails.. Re connect both ends on that belt.

These belts will breakdown if not tracking properly on sheaves. I have seen them hug one side I one direction then return to centre in the other direstion! Need to level all sheaves to correct, It puts more strain on fewer air cords causing damage. I have seen individual cords strands break through belt and short to any sheave and cause it to shut down at next floor. It's a pain but inspect every inch possible ( I run my whole arm up and down all the belts ). Also have found lots of rubber between belts and keeper plate on car and cwt, if you use magnet I found lots of bits of steel from aircords with rubber! Also we have noticed belts have a crazy edge curl when not under load during replacement (bacon curls)
