Smartrise F6 fault on a traction - 10/02/17 07:14 PM

Hey guys - kept getting F6 a-b-1-0 every few days - safety string is made up - all connections good . Replaced the sf1 and sf2 relays - M RELAY aux contacts and smartrise told us to replace the TOC SRU board which we did - And with my luck , still getting the F6 fault

AC traction 2.43 - today at controller theee was 3 f49 drive faults then the F6 safety string open- hpv series 2 says encoder fault - maybe time for a new tach

Is this on a pm gearless? If so we just had similar issue and if your inertia is set to high it will cause this. Look and see what your estimated inertia is in the pit that number in for your inertia setting or a tad lower.
