Got a 5000 tripping out with a 23, 24 flt only in the down direction, different spots in the h/w. Travel demand is 500fpm actual 497. DAR, REG Boards have been replaced with boards from running car in the same group. TAC & TAC cable have been replaced. Pwr supplies good with no AC ripple.Any ideas?

Magnetek drive? How close is your tach cable conduit run to high voltage wires? Are there big ass radio, microwave, cell tower, etc stuff on the roof of the machine room?

MG. I pulled a new tach cable outside of the piping and shortened it as much as I could. No tower interferences.
