CEC Futura problem

Hi guys:
Having some issue of the elevator, every few days the elevator will shut down with the door open.
On the screen it will show OVERLOAD elevator will not run until reset.
Also, it showing 146 fault, the manual only showing fault number up to 145?
The following is the screen shot, the first two faults 92 and 123 is the mechanic close the hall door and leave the elevator shutoff.
Did anybody ever see anything like this before?

136 SPU thermal switch fault. The SPU temperature is too high.
137 There was a one floor run detection but no slowdown when the position changed.
Used on KM White overlay controllers only!
138 Selector error for Westinghouse overlay controller.

145 LTR parameter rate set too low during emergency deceleration at terminal limit.
146 DZ relay failed on (for 2000 Code Compliant)
147 CEC String did not drop when expected (for 2000 Code Compliant).
148 CGDL (Gate Door Lock Contact) did not drop during CEC test (for 2000 Code Compliant).
149 110 Percent governor over-speed switch tripped (for 2000 Code Compliant).
150 Not Used on Futura™
151 Not Used on Futura™


Here you go. The extended version. I've had this problem before. change out your DZ sensors. Intermittant faulty one.

Assuming you have one, can you set up your RVU box to trap that 146 Fault to see if DZ is acting funny?
Does this unit have load weighing? Maybe a bad sensor thinking it is overloaded?
No actual drive faults?

Does on have Brake switch? BLS is no high?
You can set up frame capture on the wizard to catch the moment car faults out.
