I am having the same problem sound like one or more the 6 IGBT's may be failing. Is the power supply on the drive cover on?

Take a good visual look at your igbt's. Look for cracks and/or where silicon has leaked out. Even if they look good, Google search "how to test igbt's" and with your meter , test them all individually. In the past couple of years I've had to replace a few on a miconic A with AC drive. One had actually exploded and slung silicon all over controller.

Miconic A acvf, look at the leds on the vector board. They will usually point you in the general direction. make sure you have checked the drive fan, make sure it's moving air. that will give you intermittent ksd faults
