Has anyone succefully installed a hpv900 series 2 drive on a swift meridia? Cant get an initilization .....thanks

I just went through this same installation and we can't get it to "init" with controller. We came to find out that the protocol on the drive we removed a Magnetek vcd705(yaskawa) is a custom protocol. We are currently getting old drive repaired. Let us know what your findings were^^^^^^^

Customer was pissed waiting around for engineering so i sent everything to Miltronics with the original software that was miraculously still on the job. Back in service

I spoke with Issa at Miltronics and we didn't come up with a solution. What drive was originally in there?
