Tac 32 error/ faults - 07/28/18 04:59 PM

Working on a tac 32 keep getting these faults

1529 Drive comm loss --- detected
1926 cpu/no IO mismatch (SAFSPM)
2755 SP FALSE AC PEAK DETECT INTERRUPT
1068 dual post rack error

I can reset unit and it goes back to working and will run fine for awhile then shut down and give these faults, any suggestions?

What version of software (looks like V5R0N or later) and is this a hydro or traction?

1529 means jack Crap on a hydro, this fault populates on every power up, CPUA looks for a drive, in boot up process before it realizes it's only a hydro, and has no drive). On a traction however this fault is a no Bueno, software revision 6 or later clears this up.

1926 mismatch error was a common issue on N software, again on power ups.

2755 seen this on a few hydros during emergency generator tests, usually on the transfer back. It's never shut my car down, and I haven't researched it, maybe InDirtWeTrust has some info.

1068 check sensors for level after resync of Pistons. This fault is rather simple on hydro, if you have it on your traction, .cfg might be corrupt as these sensor I/O's should not be there. smile

Thank you I resynced Jack's and working fine, I'm going to keep an eye on it and hopefully no more problems occur but if so I'll come back and give more of an update, thank you

I agree the first 3 are all V5 software bugs, the 2755 I’ve seen pop up for no reason at all or even not clear. I want to say the V5R0P cleared up that one and the 1926 but not the 1529 on Hydros. That was fixed on the next revision. The 1068 is what’s shutting the car down. Make sure runby, dovetail are correct, jack bolts aren’t bound (can turn by hand,) & sensor placement/alignment. Type a WJR in remote fast, see if you’re re-syncing for static or dynamic and make sure it’s doing a timed every night.
