Schindler Miconic - 08/09/18 03:01 PM

Looking for help. Miconic HX I think. Not very familiar with them. Unit runs on inspection but not on normal. Faults out with ER0036 and Safery T1 messages. These are not in the error list I have (flip book from Schindler) as it skips from 25 to 70 and does not include written messages. I'm waiting for a call back from tech support but that could take a day or two. Any help would be greatly apprecited.

Miconic HX "you think"...is it a hydro or traction? 36 fault is a drive timeout fault and Safety T1 is first in safety string. For hydro Look at prints for anything before LED1 and "T1",(soft start) check phases and voltages. For traction do same thing but is there any other accompanying faults causing drive to time out and opening up safe circuit? Looking at faults "extra info" may also help.

Traction elevator. Those were the only two faults. Sorry, I didnt see any identifiers or markings other than Miconic and I'm still very new to this brand. Turned out to be the door close limit. Was wondering why I could run on inspection but not normal and I had locks and gate but sure enough, a small adjustment and it went back in service. Thank you for the reply though.

Miconic HX (the H is for Hydro)
is no HX traction
