Hello,

Having issues with a job randomly losing program, or program getting corrupted, on The LCECOB24 board in COP. Seems to happen after power outage or power being cycled. Get board reprogrammed and works for awhile. was wondering if anyone else has seen this and if they heard of long term solution.

Thanks for any assistance.

Can you elaborate on reprogrammed. I have only seen these boards fail with 1301 fault.

Add a delay on timer in the power supply to the CPU at XM16. Power fluctuations on power up or power loss will cause this. It’s recommended to pull XM16 before turning on the disconnect, waiting 10 seconds or so and then plugging it in.

The Chip is pulled from board and reprogramed and reinstalled in board. there is no component failure , just losses its program or gets corrupt.

Indirt we trust is correct the inrush of power kills board. There is adelay off no delay on. Or just unplug xm16 before power down n up. But pins will eventually come loose
