Otis I/Os

This may be a horrible place to post this, but can anyone help me learn about setting I/Os on Otis controllers (411)? I know how to do it but my understanding is limited, 01 0, 07 1, etc... what do those settings actually MEAN? And is there a master list anywhere of I/os and what their available settings are? I’m talking about m132
