Swift Futura - Landing Stop Configuration

Hi!

I’m having a problem with a Swift Futura that stops at the Lobby every time when going from Garage floor to any of the building floora. While on garage floor I make a car call for 3rd floor and stops at Lobby and open and close doors. Client is requiring to delete this function.

Any clues?

Are there errors? Does it make a normal stop?
If it does check CSW4 Bit 12. That Bit should be reset (0) not (1)

It is a normal stop that was programmed when elevator was installed, and now the client want that function to be removed.

Then that CS4 bit needs to be reset
