Otis 211 Recycle fault

I have a telescopic that shuts down every time it goes to resinc the jacks.. Had to turn the ROS option off. But now have to manual lower twice a week.

The input is going low (ROR). What else is controller looking for?

LPS. Bottom normal limit? Please help
