Miconic Issue

I have a Miconic that'll run on INSP. I'm getting a K-bypass & NV RAM fault. I sent the TRM & MTV board to Access for repair, but I'm still getting the same faults. The 5V is good and BT1 is good. Access replaced the MTV board. I can't do a floor height update. I think the U80 is bad. What does U80 do? Does it hold the job specific software? Does anyone know where/how to get a replacement? Any other ideas what may be wrong? Thanks
