KCM 831with fault 120 and subcode 1025

Does anyone know what this fault is? One person said that the motor armature has problem, while another one said
that the main brake is not holding well while the ebrake pick. Need to adjust the air gap. I couldn't find the information anywhere. Thanks.

What drive is it? That is a drive fault and sub code.

It has V3F16L drive in ot. Thanks.
