Kone New Drive Hoistway learn

Hi, i have the problem i change the drive to a new KDL16 but when i try do the learn of the hoistway nothing works.
i follow the instruccion of the paper that kone send but nothing works. Someone have this problem ?

On menu 5-2-1 always say no floor.

61U, 30, 77N, 77S on. 61N 77U off. I assume you have a running car on inspection. What mode is 4-1 when you take car off insp. while trying to do shaft setup? Close end on door operator made up?

If any engineer could please assist me on how to reprogram the floor numbering from the LON board...since then replacement of the board, the "G floor" is showing "1" while "3rd floor" displaying "4th" on KONE MONOSPACE

Set all the drive parameters
Checking the load weighing device
Place the elevator under the bottom floor before making a shaft setup in rdf, then menu 5-2-1.. put the lift in normal mode and the elevator starts the setup driving up..
