OTIS MCS 321 VFDs failure - 12/31/19 07:47 AM
Hello everyone! Our duplex elevators are currently stuck. The elevator 1 is equipped with a OVF1 variable speed drive and is alternatively reporting the error codes *40 and *43. There is a contactor on the VFD board switching on and off, but the elevator remains stuck. After 5-10 minutes the contactor stops switching on and off and the elevator will eventually start working again.
The elevator 2 is equipped with a OVF30 (ACA21290BA4 120A/22kW), which has probably replaced the original OVF1. On the VFD is showing the error !B1A and the elevator will not work.
Does anyone have a OFV1 and OVF30 manual and error codes?
Does anyone have experienced the same faults?
