MCS220 LV Swiches Question

Can any one assist with part number or suitable alternative pencil switches which can be used on a standard MCS220 where the switches are mounted inconvientley down the side of the lift car and doesn't serve well for the larger engineer to get to.
Any information would be much appreciated
