TKE CPI 26E Synchron

Getting occasional faults displaying on my MH3 board.
Fault codes:
7d 03
7d 04
7d 05

Usually always in order.
Runs on normal for about 2 to 3 full runs, suddenly emergency stops.
Also faults on inspection.

Update, found the TMI board on the inverter to be faulty
