Strange carriage bolts?

Can anyone help me find these carriage bolts that are in some elevators. They are 5/16x2 and have a indentation in the head for a allen wrench.Has anyone ever seen these bolts?.

No. Just allen socket.They were special made for a elevator car company I suppose.
