It might help if you would add controller type. Otis makes many different units all with different menus and codes. The user interface does not reflect that,

Controller B - On the 4 stop - Not AVailable - DDP (Running Time Exceeded).
Look in Drive if it is a traction elevator... But like Rolly said, we need a bit more info to really help you!
