Dover Compumatic

Hi, with Dover computamatic controllers, I have problem with 4 elevators/15 story building. the dispatcher unit looks like disabled.
All elevators are running in wild operation (The elevators are running continuously between the floors and never stops , and the hall calls still stuck on and never cancel the calls.
We checked all the wiring between the dispatcher unit and the controllers; and even if we turn the dispatcher off the wild operations is still.
I could NOT figure out what is the problem and how we can re communicate these elevators with the dispatcher.

What city are you in?

Check relay ATO, is it in? are all your wire contacts in ATO in good shape?

some wire in dispatcher came off by loose connector.
