Does anybody know why door operator would open with a scan frequency speed? no errors get logged on drive.
when door operator is on manual mode, and i try to open door. fault LED flashes for a second and goes off. Doors continue to slowly open until DOL limit is reach.
In the close direction is goes through the appropriate speed profile.
This started to happen after replaced main board, sensor board, encoder board and encoder.
i transferred parameters from old unit to new one using handheld download and upload feature.
i relearned door width.
Does the hand held Upload/Download feature transfer ALL parameters values between units or do i still have to make more changes?
