Kone KCE Faults

Hi All,

Hope all is well.

Have started seeing the Kone KCE controllers popping up now and wondering if anyone has any further information on them.

I have a fault - L1900 but it’s not in my fault code manual.

Can anyone help with any information on the New KCE controller ie training or further fault code lists.

Network supervision or roll call operation has detected that the Fire Status Panel (LCE
FSP) is not responding. Possible causes:
• Defective LCE FSP board
• Defective LON network wiring
• Defective Repeater. Also make sure repeater and 24-volt switching power
supply are not located adjacent to one another. If so, move the repeater to the
opposite end of the DIN rail.
• Try pressing the small white reset button on the lower LH corner of the FSP
board. If that corrects it but problem returns later, replace FSP board.
• Missing 24 volt power
• LON download corrupted
