Help Shindler Miconic TXR5

Had drive issues and the Igbts were replaced. Installed drive after repair. Car will not run. The SGRW OR THE SH contactors are not pulling in.
Lcd says NO TRIP and shows doors closed. Safetys pull in.
I am seeing
Error Drive 135 DREC DRH but
201007
0x0000000B

Anyone have any advice on this?

It seems that your inspection wiring could be incorrect, wrong inputs going to the board.
