Swift 5000 getting lost

I have a Swift 5000 that is getting lost in the Hoistway. The elevator will come to a floor and slowdown but never stop and then continue to the next floor. However it doesn’t realize it’s at the next floor and defaults to it being in the basement when it will be at another floor. I noticed on the screen that when this happens I get my UP LEV active but on the bottom right where it displays LEV. VEL. POS. for the 12” and 6” mine never changes from 0. This doesn’t happen every run either. Any help is appreciated

If the typical car top transducer is used, You’ve checked the following;
*Tape guides- super critical
*Transducer/Hall effect lock rings for tightness
*Transducer CAT 5 plugs
*Sensors distance to magnet face
*Drifted or out of place magnets
*All wiring terminals to/from selector have been checked
*Module LVE or LVE1 (can’t remember if these are used on the 5000)
