If it is status code 40 you are asking about? That would most likely be a defective SIM card (or missing) in the controller...
The configuration data in the controller is now invalid.
Do the controller have a SIM card or not?

There is a process..
U will need a clean/ new thumb drive. .. DM me and I will get you the best process.

No operation due to invalid configuration data
The elevator is blocked because the elevator control detected
invalid configuration data, for example SIM card missing or
defective.
