HELLO SORRY GUYS I HAVE A PROBLEM ON A KONE KCE. ERROR 2111 IN THE KDL16S DRIVE. BRAKE PROBLEMS. DO YOU HAVE MANUAL OR INSTRUCTIONS TO REPAIR KDL16S "AS-11.65.66"

Fault Code 2111 - Missing buttons from floor - Group receives stuck button or offline events for all buttons on some floor.These buttons have been onlinepreviously.
