Wheel-O-Vator

Hi there, need some help with a home elevator wheel-O-vator destiny. Found the car on the top floor with bad lock (porta). Somehow i had 120vac on the safety circuit in the controller but 24dc on the lock. Voltage was crashing to 0 when i was closing the door. I though i had a short but couldn't find one. I changed the batteries in the controller and brought the car down on the lowering. Now voltage is 24dc complete safety circuit is made. seems to be ready to go but doesn't take any calls above or below. Lights flashing 11 when call is tried to be made. I also don't have my output signals for the floor.(11;12;13;14) i have a print on site. i am wondering if there could be a hard reset in the program that would be needed, like for a rundundancy or a I/O could be burnt and the plc doesn't see the proper state of I/O's. #11 is : "Sensor fault. any failed sensor could initiate this error. This error will also occur if the unit passes or stops at a floor and sensor combination is showing that is not anticipated floor."
It is a 3 stops rope hydro, hopefully someone had this issue before, client is heavily disable and don't have money, i know my boss will probably not charge them, we just want to get it going.
