CF configuration mode smart mrl

CF configuration mode smart mrl - 02/26/21 10:32 PM

Greetings

Our elevator display is not working when we press a floor number. We decided to re-configure our elevator, however
when we turn on dip switch 6 on our scic pcb there is no CF displayed on our elevator display?
Why is that? Anyone else had this issue. Problem was not solved with a dip switch 8!

Greetings

Just car. Elevator is showing error CO, and door is not closing, only closes on scic reset then goes to the pit,
door stays open, checked xpht voltage shows 24 0 24, correct voltage.

do double reset and try again.
1. DIP switch 8 = ON (on SCIC)
2. Press reset (on SCIC)
3. After the application startup (LEDs blinking) wait 30 s and set
the DIP switch 8 = OFF
4. Wait 30 s and press reset again
5. Elevator starts up and executes measuring trip.

Greetings Bojan

Thanks for the info. I did it four times and it did not work. The CO comes on when we press the floor number, the lift ask for a code as every floor has a code.
This is my first time seeing this problem as the xhpt voltage is correct. Anyone else experienced this problem.

Hi

In case of mechanikal push buttons, it is necessary to open COP and make a configuration with the buttons inside COP.

Re: CF configuration mode smart mrl - 03/02/21 03:48 PM

Greetings Bojan

I will try, but the door closes on a reset then goes down to the pit, when i call up the lift, the door opens, i press the floor below, it shows CO for code, i press the floor number plus code, the door
starts to close then stops halfway then reopens, lift not moving, remaining on floor.
I looked at the power on the photo cell, it was measured correctly, tested blocking the photocell and it worked. Dip 8 would have worked if the lift only showed error CO without pressing the floor
numbers. This is a very strange problem.

Wiz,

check errorlist

Error Codes until SW V.4.2 (EN627)
Turn DIP switch 5 on SCIC PCB ON

Error Codes from SW V.4.4
Turn DIP switch 4 on SCIC PCB on

Use <> on COP to scroll through
the last 10 errors
To erase error list: Press on COP

Re: CF configuration mode smart mrl - 03/05/21 01:52 PM

Greetings Bojan

Thanks for the input, no list of error codes when i turn the dipswitch on 4 and 5. I notice the Luet, Enable ISPT, ISX LED lights all on at the same time when the door tries to close and reopen again.
This is very strange, the door only closes after an SCIC 2.Q reset.

Greetings

The SCIC shows the WDOG, DRIVE, KS, KSE and ERR blinking when the door tries to close and re-open.

Greetings
Did a test without the sim and Witt the sim. With the sim ask for the elevator code, I am now looking at the kskb.

Re: CF configuration mode smart mrl - 03/09/21 05:10 PM

Greetings

Narrowed down to three possible causes
1) kskb - it is bridged
2) Photo Cell- voltage is correct 24 0 24
3) DTO button inside door panel - opens on first trip

SIM card - did a test without SIM card with SIM card asked for code

Down to a bad scic card, but I am not 100% sure yet, decided to view the door re-opening ontop
the cabin to notice anything I may have missed. Also noticed landing display no longer lighting.
