What is mode 4-1-4 ? Building did power shutdown, car won't reset?

Emergency Power. I would check the signal from Emergency power that they went back to the right state. Off hand dont remember the option board that has that input

Thx, that was my thought, but I'm not touching building transfer switch

Agreed check the controller and then its up to them

The signal comes into the controller on option board 0 , X5 connector, 5th terminal
